I updated what I remembered off the top of my head. I knew you wouldn't let me forget too much. Really, that's why I need this challenge. Food and exercise are things I don't think about a ton. I need something to make me aware of what I'm doing to my body.
I love the colors too. Very summery and tropical. Brown and blue are my favorite colors right now. :) I have to really control myself or else my whole house would be decorated in only those colors...
*15 minutes of cardio = .5 point per 15 minutes *10 minutes of toning = .5 point per 10 minutes *5 servings of fruits and/or veggies = 1 point/serving (only when all 5 have been eaten) *1 point per additional fruit/vegetable *Eat Breakfast = 1 point *No Soda = 1 point *No Sugar = 1 point *No Fried Food = 1 point *Negative points for each serving of soda, sugar or fried food after losing the initial point *7 hours of sleep = 1 point *Take a multivitamin = 1 point *Drink 64 oz of water = 1 point *3 servings of dairy = 1 point *Eat only when hungry = 1 point *30 minutes of scripture study (spiritual fitness) = 1 point *At the end of each week 2 points will be awarded for each pound and inch (waist and hips) lost **One Free Day Per Week**

I haven't updated the side bar yet - will do it now. :) We're SO subtracting points for extra sugar, etc. I need rules like that!
