it's not serious cardio points. The way I figure it I only get 1 point for half an hour of working out, right? That's not much. I only got 1 point for cardio on the 4th. My biggest problems right now are the sugar (blast that stupid craving!!) and the fruits and veggies, I'm having a hard time getting them in. I know it's summer and it should be easy but we've been busy so I've had a hard time making it to the store for fresh produce and I don't like frozen or canned all that much.
*15 minutes of cardio = .5 point per 15 minutes *10 minutes of toning = .5 point per 10 minutes *5 servings of fruits and/or veggies = 1 point/serving (only when all 5 have been eaten) *1 point per additional fruit/vegetable *Eat Breakfast = 1 point *No Soda = 1 point *No Sugar = 1 point *No Fried Food = 1 point *Negative points for each serving of soda, sugar or fried food after losing the initial point *7 hours of sleep = 1 point *Take a multivitamin = 1 point *Drink 64 oz of water = 1 point *3 servings of dairy = 1 point *Eat only when hungry = 1 point *30 minutes of scripture study (spiritual fitness) = 1 point *At the end of each week 2 points will be awarded for each pound and inch (waist and hips) lost **One Free Day Per Week**
